Little Bit of This and That

January 16, 20262 min read

If there is one thing I have learned so far, it is that life rarely goes the way you think it will.

2026 showed up with a shift I never saw coming. Nothing dramatic that needs explaining, just one of those moments where everything feels a little off and you are forced to slow down whether you want to or not. At the time, it was uncomfortable. It rattled me. It felt like the rug was pulled out from under a version of life I thought I had figured out.

But y’all, those seasons are usually the ones that change you the most.

What felt heavy at first brought clarity. What felt like a setback turned into growth. And what I once thought was a bad thing ended up being one of the best things that could have happened. Not because it was easy, because it sure wasn’t, but because it made room for something better and more aligned.

This blog exists because of that season.

For a long time, I have shared parts of my life online. Fitness. Discipline. Mindset. The routines that keep me grounded. The lessons I have learned the hard way. But this feels different. This feels like home. A space that reflects not just what I do, but who I am and who I am becoming. A place where I can show up fully without trying to squeeze everything into a caption.

A little bit of this and a little bit of that is exactly what it sounds like. Fitness. Self development. Growth. Real life lessons. The in between moments that do not always make it to social media. The things that shape you when nobody is watching.

I am so excited to finally be launching a professional online platform that truly feels like me. I am excited to keep growing, learning, and showing up as I go. This space will grow just like I am, and if you are here reading this, you are part of it too.

Thank y’all so much for being here. I am truly grateful.

If you want more yap, more real talk, and more life lessons as they come, go ahead and subscribe and stick around. I promise, this is just the beginning.
