Hey, I'm Emily!

II’m a coach and athlete who knows what it takes to train with purpose. I’ve lived the grind—long preps, heavy lifts, and pushing through the days when quitting would’ve been easier. That’s why I coach lifters who want more than just a workout plan. With structure, accountability, and cues that make every rep count, I’ll help you build strength that lasts, confidence you can carry outside the gym, and discipline that sticks for life. My goal is simple: a body you’re proud of, results that are sustainable, and the mindset to back it up.

Want to get started but have a few questions?

Do you only coach competitors, or can I work with you if I don’t plan to step on stage?

Not every client wants to compete—and that’s okay. I coach both physique athletes prepping for stage and lifters who just want the same level of structure, accountability, and progress without competing.

What’s included in your coaching?

Every program is custom. You’ll get your training split, nutrition targets, weekly check-ins, and video form reviews so you know every rep counts. I’ll adjust things each week to keep you progressing.

Do you coach online or only in person?

Both. If you’re local to Dunedin, FL, we can train in person. Otherwise, I coach online with the same structure—custom plans, check-ins, and video feedback so you stay on track anywhere.

How fast will I see results?

Most lifters notice changes in 4–6 weeks, with major progress in 12. If you’re prepping for stage, we’ll map your timeline so you’re ready on show day.
