Hey y'all, I'm Emily!

Hey, I’m Emily, a NASM certified personal trainer and mindset first coach who believes fitness should support your life, not take it over. I’ve lived the grind myself through long days, hard training phases, and learning firsthand how to build strength in a way that is sustainable and realistic.

I help lifters and everyday people who want structure, accountability, and intentional coaching rooted in consistency and real progress. I do not believe in one size fits all plans or forcing routines that do not align with your schedule, goals, or lifestyle. My approach focuses on building habits that last, teaching you how to train with purpose, and helping you trust the process along the way.

My goal is simple. To help you build a body you feel confident in and the discipline to support it. Whether you are building muscle, leaning out, prepping for stage, or learning how to make fitness a lasting part of your life, I am here to guide you with a plan that actually works.
