In-person coaching is designed for clients who want hands-on support, real-time feedback, and structured progression in a gym setting.This option is month-to-month and functions as a subscription, allowing flexibility while maintaining consistency.

Includes:

- 45 min in-person training sessions

- Session-based progression

- Real-time form feedback

- Monthly progress check-in

-Personalized training plan

-Personalized nutrition guidance

Policies (client-facing):

- Sessions do not roll over

- 24-hour notice for reschedules

-30 day subscription cancellation notice

-If there is a 5th week in the month, I will credit you extra sessions at no additional cost based on availability.
